We are united by our common goal to nurture the business leaders of the future. Currently over 2/3 of our organization have held an internship in the past year. From management to finance, our members continue to achieve success in their respective fields and have been able to work at some of the best companies in the world.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Highlander Business Society at UCR offers a unique Career Development Program for its new members to gain essential skills and knowledge to be utilized as they pursue their dream career path. Our organization puts a strong emphasis on individual’s personal, academic and professional development through our Career Development Program, which mimics a corporate internship experience.
In our Career Development Program, new members will be Interns for HBS where they will not only gain professional development experiences and personal growth, but also be able to learn to become future leaders of our organization. As a part of the program, interns will be paired with a HBS member to mentor them through their term.
